On a test build that has just Win 10 domain-joined with no other apps, it is doing exactly that. What I'm seeing happen is when Citrix starts to install Edge WebView2, the process "Microsoft Edge Update (32-bit)" seems to hang around and do nothing. I was able to dig down and find out that installing any Workspace client version 21.7 or above will not work, due to the dependency with needing the Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime installer. The earliest client we can install is 20.10.0.

Any Workspace client install that is version 2107 or above will hang on "Installing prerequisites" for about 20-30 minutes and then fail. The issue is we are not able to install the latest Workspace client on most of our Win 10 domain joined machines.

All of our PCs are needing Citrix Workspace to connect to our internal Citrix store as well as to our partner organization to access their systems and such. We're running into an issue at my new place of employment.
