Just curious why this behaviour happen in my server. test using different webmail squirrelmail and horde - no good result.
change into previous setting again "manually config #1" no good result. I saw some mails are missing after that in "sent" folder including "few folders and sub-folder" that i create myself via outlook 2013 which i believe should be the same data (sync) with cPanel webmail (rouncube). The next day i change the configuration into: Try changing the SMTP authentication options in Account settings or contact your network administrator. This connection type allows you to read messages from our email server without downloading the messages onto your computer. The SMTP server does not recognize any of the authentication methods supported by Outlook. This is a method that is most commonly preferred by users as it syncs messages across all devices and it connects to our email server for retrieving messages.
